About Us
Swanage Walking Group set off on its first walk in December 2002. Since then it has organised thousands of miles of walks for and by its members. The walks programme is continuous throughout the year with the exception of a break over the Christmas period. Dogs with responsible owners are welcome. We also organise regular social events, including a Christmas lunch.
To avoid unnecessary car use and assist those without their own transport, we make use of buses where possible and can help to arrange car sharing.
Membership
Membership Subscription is £5 per year (children go free).

Some of our members also walk with Canford & Purbeck Rights of Way (CAPROW) over a wider area of Dorset.
