Welcome
Swanage Walking Group arranges a programme of friendly midweek and weekend walks in Dorset with an emphasis on the Purbeck area. The walks are generally between 4 and 9 miles, of easy or moderate grade, with something more challenging occasionally added to the mix.
Swanage Walking Group is an affiliated group of the Dorset Area of the Ramblers’ Association and an Activity Club Member with HF Holidays, a specialist walking holiday company that arranges trips throughout Britain and the world.
Walks Programme
Why not join us? We are a friendly and relaxed social group and new members are made very welcome. Our walks are member-led and a new programme is produced every four months. Try us out on one or two of our walks soon. Our membership secretary will be happy to arrange it.

About Us
We offer member-led, friendly, weekend and mid-week, easy to moderate grade walks in Purbeck and Dorset.
Our walks programme is continuous throughout the year with the exception of a break over the Christmas period. Dogs with responsible owners are welcome.
